Training Program

A training program designed for in home workouts while under the "Stay at Home" order issued by the U.S.

No gym equipment? No Problem!

All you will need is 2 gallons of water and/or sand to increase the resistance of your gallons.

Tutorial videos will be provided to know how to perform each exercise. 

A FB group will be available to post questions and gain or give moral support.

We're in this covid combat together so lets train together...JAM!

A day of heavy lifting, fellowship, and prayer.

(Experienced Lifters only) Donation is all we ask of you for the gym.

SWEAT Boot Camps - Cancelled Return Date TBD

30 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training followed by 30 minutes of Boxing cardio to give you an all around complete workout.
